Returns and Refund Policy

At VV DreamRides, your satisfaction is our priority. While we work hard to ensure every product meets high-quality standards, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This policy explains when and how returns or refunds can be requested.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

Your merchandise arrives damaged or defective

You receive the incorrect item

The product arrives in an unexpected condition

Please Note

Sweepstakes entries are non-refundable and have no cash value.

If merchandise associated with sweepstakes entries is returned, refunded, canceled, or disputed, all entries earned from that order will be voided and removed.

Returns are not accepted for merchandise that has been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email vvdreamrides@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Items that are used, altered, or intentionally damaged are not eligible for a refund.
