Pricing & Charges

Prices displayed on our website reflect the base price of the product, bundle, or entry and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will always see your full order total before submitting payment.

Refunds & Returns

Physical merchandise is eligible for return under our 14-Day Return & Refund Policy, starting from the date the order is delivered.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our return policy to qualify for a refund.

Sweepstakes Entries & Digital Items

All sweepstakes entries are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

If a qualifying purchase is returned or refunded for any reason, the sweepstakes entries earned from that purchase will be removed and deemed void.

Entries may be obtained through purchases, promotions, or our free alternative method of entry (AMOE). No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Digital items and downloadable content are non-refundable once delivered.

Secure Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers using SSL encryption.

VV DreamRides does not store or have access to your full payment information. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal and billing data.
