Do your products come with a warranty?
We do not offer a formal warranty. However, all physical merchandise is covered by our 14-day Return & Refund Policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund promptly.
Please note: Any returns or refunds will result in the removal of associated sweepstakes entries.
Are sweepstakes entries refundable?
No. Sweepstakes entries—whether received through the purchase of merchandise, digital bundles, or other offers—are non-refundable.
If a purchase is returned, refunded, charged back, or disputed for any reason, all associated sweepstakes entries will be voided and removed.

Do you repair damaged items?
No, we do not offer repairs. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
How do digital products work?
Digital bundles are delivered by email shortly after checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. If you don’t see your order, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
